The purpose of artificial vision by ALGES is to inspect the piece in order to obtain and guarantee the absence of defects on the selected product.
It is for this objective that we have produced an excellent mechanical base, simple, reliable and tested for the loading, handling and selection of the pieces, perfectly connected to effective vision systems.
These systems are characterized by first-class hardware elements, governed by a powerful 'brain' software that is easy to manage thanks to the simplified user interface. All in direct collaboration with TOP companies in the Vision sector.

After inspecting the parts, the pieces considered good, are sent to a packaging machine.

It has been designed to guarantee perfect stacking of the pieces, either inside the plastic or cardboard tubes or without, and in combination can also be chosen for packaging with film, always maintaining the same precision and productivity.
The Software

Through the continuous exchange of signals and information, our software allows an accurate precision of the operations and a continuous monitoring of the situation, combined with ease of use.
Once the parameters have been set, the operator has only the task to load the vision machine hopper and recover the stacked pieces coming out of the packaging machine.
Our Sensors
The eyes of the vision system
The innovation in the details and the optical precision generate detailed images of the pieces. Multi-level lighting systems offer high contrast and therefore a very precise and accurate surface analysis. All sensors work independently; only the instructions are sent to the control computer via the network. The defect recognition configuration, together with the "expert" system generate the final response, if the area inspected represents a defect or not. This procedure significantly reduces what is called: pseudo - waste and makes our system one of the most efficient on the market.
Optimization of mechanics
The engineering used to optimize the flow of the parts is the backbone of the sensors and packaging systems.
Easy access allows the pieces to be continuously loaded into the vision system. The inspected and considered good parts end up on the packaging machine which is stacking.
