All configurations are designed to adapt to the model and dimensions of your molds and presses.

Thanks to the 7 electric movement axes it allows the assembly and removal of molds even in narrow spaces.

The machine has successfully passed the compliance with the safety analysis in use both at work and in internal transfers/handling, carried out by a specific company.

Electrically controlled mold lifting and handling trolley and vertical mold changing aid.

The machine has been specially designed to eliminate manual manipulation by the operator.

• Maximum mold weight at the tip: Molds up to 200 kg and plates up to 650 x 650 x 100 mm;
• Trolley used for picking/storing molds from a shelf H min 550 and max 1,600 mm, or from a table;
• Trolley used for picking/storing molds from VERTICAL presses, equipped with mold in the column passage;
• The mold is moved by the molds IN HORIZONTAL position.

The machinery must be able to transit easily and safely in the production department, like all other forklifts.

The vertical mold change trolley will be able to guarantee convenient positioning in mechanical safety and towards the operator, of picking up, hooking the mould, pulling it safely onto channel 1, pushing the new one back safely from channel 2 of the truck.

The machine is self-propelled by batteries, complete with battery charger, and follows the regulations on lifts. battery life: 1.5 hours continuously and depending on the transit speed and movements of the lift. battery charging 1.5 hours

The operator works on the ground with a forcefully reduced speed during transit and with a shoulder pad during harvesting and changing.

OPTION: training course for operators at your plant for which a certificate of completion of the course will be issued, also via video, at your responsibility.
